Services are available in Ecuador, Peru, Chile, and soon Colombia.
To access some Mantis Software services, you must register and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:
Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password.
All activities performed under your account.
Notify Mantis Software of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of security.
You agree to use the Services responsibly and in accordance with the law, including but not limited to:
Do not use the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities.
Do not attempt to access, interfere with, or damage any third party's systems, data, or accounts.
Do not disclose data about other users, employees, or companies without authorization.
Comply with the privacy and data protection regulations applicable in Ecuador, Peru, Chile, and Colombia.
All content, software, documentation, designs, trademarks and materials provided by Mantis Software are the exclusive property of the company or its licensors.
It is strictly prohibited:
Copy, reproduce or distribute the software without authorization.
Modify, decompile, or create derivative works from the software.
Use trademarks, logos or content without express permission.
Since Mantis Software handles sensitive company and personnel information (workers, employees, officials, executives, operations and accident prevention):
All information stored on the platform must be treated with strict confidentiality.
Users and companies must protect data and comply with applicable privacy regulations.
Mantis Software implements advanced security measures to protect this data from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure.
Mantis Software will not be responsible for:
Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
Data loss caused by user negligence or force majeure.
Misuse of data, information or software by third parties.
The user is responsible for:
Maintain backup copies of your information.
Use the services legally and in accordance with these terms.
Mantis Software reserves the right to:
Modify, suspend or discontinue services temporarily or permanently.

Termination does not relieve the user of any outstanding obligations or liability for prior misuse.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws in force in Ecuador, with recognition and application in the countries where we operate: Peru, Chile, and Colombia.
Any dispute related to the use of the platform will be resolved through direct negotiation, and if this is not possible, before the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
