Global strategy on occupational health and safety.

Following the inclusion of a safe and healthy working environment in the framework of fundamental principles and rights at work of the ILO, the Governing Body, at its 347th Session, approved the "Proposals and roadmap for the revision of the Global Strategy on Safety and Health at Work".
Following the inclusion of a safe and healthy working environment in the framework of fundamental principles and rights at work of the ILO, the Governing Body at its 347th Session approved the “Proposals and road map for the revision of the Global Strategy on Occupational Safety and Health adopted at the 91st Session of the International Labour Conference (2003) and for the promotion of a safe and healthy working environment as a new fundamental principle and right at work” and requested the Office to prepare, for its 349th Session (October-November 2023), the Global Strategy on Occupational Safety and Health 2024-2030 and the action plan for its implementation.
